Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing.

Please note that some personalized, made-to-order, or specialty items may require additional processing time.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of odors, makeup, pet hair, or stains
  • In original condition
  • Have all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
